Returning Your Item
For our United States clientele, we recommend utilizing an Express Satchel for returns, providing you with a tracking number. This is crucial, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost returns.
Refund Timing
Upon our receipt, inspection, and verification that the hair extensions have remained unopened and secured, a full refund—excluding initial shipping costs—will be issued to your original payment method.
